1. Acceptance of Terms of Trade

By purchasing from HSC International, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with any purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

2.3 Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods
  • All payments must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3.2 Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.

3.3 Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

3.4 If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

4.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

4.3 We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

4.4 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

5. Quality and Warranty

5.1 All goods are subject to the statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5.2 Goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

5.3 Any warranty provided is in addition to your statutory rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability

6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
